Sitting on a box or bench with a slight torso angle forward, perform shrugs for the prescribed number of repetitions, pinching your shoulder blades back and together and aiming to reach your shoulders up to your ears. Since there are 3 main heads of the deltoids (front, middle and rear), it's always important to work each area independently with different exercises in order to develop the entire shoulder region. I can only do 75's for 4 or 5 max.
