40+ Kitchen Without Upper Cabinets Houzz. I would like to know if anyone who designed a kitchen without upper cabinets has either regretted doing so, or loves it. I was thinking of doing a short backsplash out of the same material as the counter so most likely quartz and paint the walls above.
